Return & Exchange Policy 

  1. All purchases final, and are non-refundable / non-exchangeable; we only accept exchange for wrong order or damaged item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.

  2. Return & exchange are only valid for purchase(s) made on our official ONLINE SHOP. 

  3. To be eligible for an exchange, you must have proof of purchase, returned product(s) must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  4. We will process the exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Please be patient.

  5. Exchanged items cannot be re-exchanged / items are only permitted for a one-time exchange.

  6. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or items lost during the return process.

  7. We reserve the right to decline your return & exchange request. 

  8. For rings, you can only exchange to different size. Please return within 14 days of receiving the items. The shipping fee(s) will be borne by you. 

  9. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

  10. All sale items are non-exchangeable.

 

How do I place an exchange or return?

  1. Please email info@fleurjewelrystudio.com with the following information: Your full name; Order number; Detailed description of the repair/defect.

  2. We will send you a Return Form.

  3. You should print it out the Return Form and mail it along with the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to us.

  4. Once your return or exchange has been received and processed, you will be notified via email.

* Please return via a courier/mailing service that has tracking. 

* Please retain your proof of postage for your records until we confirm by email that we have received your shipment/parcel.   

* Damaged or lost items will not be refunded or replaced.

* We have the right to reject your warranty request if you do not follow our return process. 

* Please note that we DO NOT accept cash-on-delivery of your return item.
